1. If ppl are bugin for stuff give a warning, then jail them
2. if ppl are harassing gms or others jail then ban if they dont listen
3. No givin out free stuff of any kind.
4. when spawnin monsters only for events
5. when u find a hacker have a ss
6. Do not KS players
7. No killing ppl at anytime.
8. Dont scroll or proitem for players [approved events only]
9. Dont change ppls jobs or levels
10. 3 or more for events per day
11. Monster spawn events CAN NOT be held in the fm but any fm room is ok. these are used for your max 3 events per day
12. if you want to do a specific spawn for a winner take them to the gm map
13. dont dc ppl unless stuck.

Approved rewards can be anything as long as Blue approves. Monster events are just exp. Any other events are to be rewarded with slime erasers
